Baan Jasmine villa is a low lying single story villa set in a beautiful private high walled garden with electric gates.

This plan details the villa floor & garden plan.

There are five steps leading up to the front door & verandah. One step down into each Ensuite bathroom. One step down from kitchen to back dining area. One step leading from the lounge area into each of the hallways leading to each bedroom. Four steps down into the garden from each bedroom balcony area. There is a stepping stone pathway through the tropical garden. Two steps leading up to the thatched Thai Sala area at the far end of the garden. One step into the outdoor Rainshower area by the swimming pool.The Bali stone pool has four good size steps guests walk down into the pool at the shallow end of the pool. The electric gates open onto a paved parking area.

Children of all ages must be fully supervised in the garden, around the swimming pool & shower area at all times even when the pool is not in use. There is no fence or barrier around the pool, this is the same for all swimming pools on Koh Samui. The deep end is 2metres depth and the shallow end 1metre depth.

Two Life jackets and life buoy are located in a visible area by the side of the pool.
